0645 "Eye Of Tiger", repeated many times.  Tater Patch likes to play this song, so probably them.

Most like Radio New York for they used a similar tape testing with Eye of a Tiger, Danger Zone, Hooked on a Feeling, and Happy in recent broadcasts.
