Some comments Christos Rigas:

Chris, I am 100% sure it's a Greek pirate. The language spoken in the recording is Greek. It's hard to follow the conversation, but I picked up several words in the recording. There are at least two stations present, basically acting as ham operators talking to each other. That's quite a common thing among the Greek pirates. They usually talk among themselves basically giving a reception report on the air. The biggest confirmation that it is a Greek pirate is the Greek national anthem that closes the recording. It starts at the 4:53 minute mark in the recording.
