Radio WDR, a new one for me -- sounds like another Europirate voice but we shall see.

1833 very weak, seems a different station now, D music
1835 DJ, mentioned Radio Lowland, D music, 1839 talking (no copy), pops,
1847 hard rock, 1856 "Paranoid", 1858 "Biliie Jean", good again
1906 ID, DJ talking in D, synthe pop song
etc... still on at 2107? but fading down
