I also heard this (or at least a station on the frequency) around 0920 utc. Was away from computer so couldn't post at the time. Seemed to be playing English language pop/soft rock for the 10 mins or so I listened. Signal peaked around SIO 433 but quite bad fades at times.

ID as Radio Onda (!?) by female.
1522 Ici Radio Onda.
May be it's a French station

There were announcements on Internet about a new Belgian/Dutch station,
with some links in Portugal (and else).
On a QSL card to Claudio, the transmitting site is mentioned as SORCULO ML (??)

Radio Onda is based in Brussels, with a shortwave license from the Dutch AT
More about the station on its website https://www.radioonda.be/

Quite strange. I had seen that site last year, not updated at all, still saying 6060 kHz.
Saying DAB+ based in Brussels, but not saying if the DAB+ is really in Belgium..
Saying that the SW relay is in the Netherlands (with a map showing the Dutch Limburg).
But nothing about any license in any country, and it would the first small SW license in the Netherlands ? and allowed to a Belgian station ? Strange !
