Weak signal with fading bringing it in & out of the noise.  Listening in sideband for better copy.

02:31z analog synth
02:32z female singing
02:43z off or faded out

Weak to non-existent!  ??? I did listen to your kindly shared recording and have to agree.
Perhaps this one will return Sealord and we'll get a better shot at it!
