Been listening to them for a while, but they're very weak. On the rare occasion something is intelligible, its music.

I suspect it's WBNY. I heard "The Bunny News Network" announced. Also heard Kracker mentioned.

Had a faint carrier on the SDR, but that was about it. I could not even hear a het.

When it peaked here it was S7. Unfortunately that was usually during music and it usually dropped down when any announcements were made. I think it's gone now at 0100Z.
