Title: SDR cable

I need to get a replacement cable for a RSP2 receiver. Josh told me it's a standard USB type 'B' cable. Is this the same thing as a usb to printer style? the connector looks to match and should there be a small dongle type interface on the cable or just a standard cable between the USB and 'B' ends? Thanks

I've only used USB connections for thing like cell phones, mice, chargers etc.

Yes, commonly listed as USB printer cable. These are male A to male B cables like this one:

That is of course assuming your computer or laptop has the matching USB A female port and not something unusual like a mini/micro/firewire port.

Yep USB printers use the same ports.  Just try to keep [the USB cable] as short as possible though.
