Been chasing this on various SDRs.  There was a Radio Ronin Shortwave ID earlier.  Playing some classic punk tunes.

Good signal coming in at S9+10, but with a good bit of noise too. Signal sounds good. Thanks for the show.

0004:  Devo "Whip it".   Strong data interference on USB, but LSB sounds pretty good, with some weaker peskies in the background.
