I do not see DRM being anything more than the ultra niche market it is today. It requires a very strong signal to reliable decoding, and well before that point a regular AM signal sounds pretty good.  That said, the recent addition of DRM in the KiwiSDR software is certainly an improvement over past implementations, certainly.

IDK, give me wideband AM back on the Kiwis anyday.  If RCI had been running conventional AM, at least I could have heard them.  With DRM all I got was the occasional blip of audio.
