Subject: [Swlfest] Especially for first-time Festers - listen to
CKUT's "International Radio Report"
Saul Broudy mentioned this in the Fest FB group - Sheldon Harvey &
Janice Laws host a weekly look at radio on the Montreal campus -
community radio station CKUT. Their most recent edition on Saturday
2/25 included a lot of info surrounding the SWL Fest that first-timers
might find particularly interesting.
The program can be streamed online or downloaded to an MP3-capable audio player.
Check out http://ckut.ca/cgi-bin/ckut-grid.pl and look for
"International Radio Report" Sunday 1030 AM.
You'll want to click the speaker icon...the main website for the
program did not load correctly when I tried it, but the speaker did
load the audio archives just fine.
Sheldon & Janice will both be coming to the Fest, of course...
