Man with ID at 1959 UTC could not make it out
Another ID at 2001 UTC giving frequency

Yes, gone around 2019

1951 more techno-rock than tango...  1953 the Italian anthem, 1956 pop~~

(2018 no signal on 6310, but a carrier on 6314, this one gone at 2019)
