Fair to sometimes a bit better into Victoria, BC. Noticed on the waterfall while listening to 6960 in AM. Not sure who it is. Could it be the Covid-19 station?

Tuned in at 0158utc, poor/weak signal, hear heavy metal music under noise, some fading, at 0205 blues or boogie tune, can't tell which, several more blues tunes, nice program, thanks.

Hearing poor to nearly fair bluesy music as of 0222 UTC here near Seattle. As of 0224 UTC, the signal's peaking at a solidly fair level every few moments; I'm listening in USB.
