2204 UTC Hearing music fading in and out of the noise here....has a "European" feel to the signal...hmmm
(Deep fades into the noise and threshold peaks....lots of storm static making for tough copy...it this is a Euro, then should get stronger in the next half hour or so!)
Just checked back at 2220 UTC and no sign of a carrier.....  :(

I can confirm that this signal was not Radio Parade, although a trans-atlantic test had been attempted on sunday evening on exactly the same frequency
