After logging one Eastern Canada maritime station a week or so ago, I've been trying to hear a few others. Heard this one from Halifax, Nova Scotia, this evening. Synth female voice giving weather and forecast information in French.
Reception was noisy with some fading, but clear voice with no garbling, and the signal gained a bit of strength in the first few minutes after tuning it in. Still audible at 0314 UTC.
