Title: Serbian Pirates 1800+ UTC 12 April 2020
Post by: KaySeeks on April 12, 2020, 1913 UTC
Distinguished by the frequwencies they operate on (usually 1700-1800 KHz) and often playing typical Serbian accordion music. I don't speak Serbian so understanding an ID would be tough but let's just say there are many on tonight.

1715 KHz
1910 UTC - Accordian music, no announcements. SINPO 33333 in Norway.
1917 UTC - ID may have been Radio Gengis Khan.
1925 UTC - I just realized that there are several stations on the frequency, taking turns in a roundtable.

Nice catch!  I heard a few Greek pirates this winter just above the MW band. I suspect it may be too far past the winter DX season now for cross Atlantic reception, but I will give it a try again and see. And be sure to check earlier in the season next winter.
