Slightly weaker than Radio Humperdoo on 5160 USB playing what sound like
metal music or psychobilly hardcore.

Getting a usable signal at 2303. ID with frequency in use at 2304z.

2307 UTC: I can hear rock music as of 2307 UTC via the NA5B SDR in D.C., but it's being covered by loud interference, at least on this listening location.

23:15z    Your at the noise level over a data blob  5150 is a better choice
