Caught the tail end of what I think was Voice of Hope out of Taiwan on 11170 khz.   S3 signal and sign off right at 1300z.

Good catch. I think the SOH's run like 100 watts. I've never actually heard them from my qth but I often hear the  CNR jammer on top of them.

Found completely by accident.  Was up on 11175 USB briefly and noticed the spillover from SOH.

On the unusual 11460 Sound of Hope out of Miaoli , Taiwan in Mandarin.   Just hit it at 12:57 UTC with YM/YL conversation until 12:59 when signed off to silent carrier until QRT at 13:00.
