2017 Repeating Flute notes sounds like an interval signal.    S1-3
2020 A man speaking but too low to understand possibly not in english
2024 interval signal again  - good copy of IS , convo audio  is low
2030 more speaking , marginal copy it does seem to be Spanish
2033 English now " 1969 shortwave listener" /" provide a DX forum " " well known DX listener"
2034  Op is reading mail from listeners.
2042 " host is " John Webb (?)  " today's edition of world of radio"
2055 your host Brian World of Radio/

I hear it via NA5B in D.C., but also too low to understand the talking. Spanish maybe?

2024 UTC: Maybe this is an old recording of an international SW broadcaster?
2025 UTC: Old recorded IS.
2030 UTC: Opening in Spanish of old SW broadcast. Noise is overtaking the signal a bit.
2034 UTC: Hearing English now about DXing, but between noise on the frequency and on the recording being played, it's hard to read.
2040 UTC: This recording's from the old HCJB "DX Party Line" program, I think. That takes me way back to my teen years!
2042 UTC: Sounded like an ID, but the audio's distorting now.
2045 UTC: Parody of Glenn Hauser's "World of Radio"? Mentioning WRNO.
2056 UTC: Off.

Good signal here, but strong local noise. I tuned in during the Spanish program, with bouncing back'n'forth between male & female announcers, then into program about DXing (couldn't copy it well enough to realize it was DX Partyline)
