2018 ID+@gmx.net, just got 'Radio' in the name, that leaves many possibilities

Kris, with your recording on Vocaroo,
I understand at least twice something like :  S K W 2  (in English way).
It would be  new.
I guess this is a new name specially for the 8th of May, 75 anniversary.
