I suspect the soul music station on 6425 is a different station to the Rammstein station heard earlier but so far non-stop music and no IDs

They were still strong as of 2045, except for huge utility on frequency

FYI, Dan, Rammstein Radio always play Rammstein songs, so the latter station which plays nonstop soul is definitely not Rammstein Radio.
Rammstein Radio closed down at about 18.00 UTC with a final ID, the other one started some minutes later, as far as I observed.
