I believe what you were listening to was the every other Sunday program "American Debauchery" with Duane Bruce on licensed shortwave station WBCQ 5130 (one of their several frequencies).  The program alternates on Sundays with Radio New York International between 2300-0300 utc.  If you want a qsl, you can try here.   http://www.wbcq.com By the way, welcome to the board.
