SINPO: 3-3-1-2-2 using ECSS on 11.710.07 KHZ USB  via the R75 .   Military parade music from 15:05 to 15:09. Then news block with a YL announcer in English.

Good VOK reception is right up there with flowering trees as a sure sign of spring.  8)
