sounds like a Harmony second TX programme
1836 "Diamonds are a girl's best friends"
then absolutely non-stop programme, still at 1926
2010 bad fading, E version of "Sous le ciel de Paris" ,etc...

Not got a receiver set up but checking Twente sdr, the audio is different to Harmony. Also I'm not sure they have a second TX (yet).
