301- Very faint signal, music seemingly instrumental.
306- Voice or effects?
310- Hear "Who Are You" by The Who. [OM voice, which I believe is a ute].
312- SSTV. [OM voice, which I believe is a ute].
315- Silence, and presume off. [Same OM voice still in background after sign off, so confirmed that's another station. Sounds like a Spanish language freebander?]

Who was that masked broadcaster? Thanks for the transmission!
