Title: WBNY 6925 then 6935 2339 UTC

Switched to 6935 at 2344 UTC. Seems to be carrier and USB with a non fully suppressed LSB. So some technical problems on the transmitter end - either trying to suppress the LSB and failing, or trying to do full AM, and failing.

S9 signal, with S8 to S9 static.

Weak, in the noise here. Can hear the carrier. 2350UTC
