Heavy echo but can't understand...
Even with noise here...

Have heard no music... just male(s) with occasional F-word...

Same here.  Caught at S1-3 on USB, same frequency, Southern CA.  Really bad echo effect.

EDIT: ...And, he's gone as quickly as he came.  I have no words, just really bizarre.
