( The fine sounding wideband sideband makes me believe this is a Mix Radio relay  :) )

(Signal is solid above the noise at S3)

Strong signal at S9 on 6880 usb. It appears that another station is on the same frequency. Thanks for the broadcast despite military type data signals heard.
