Doc Benway firing up right now on 6310am @ 0311 utc, strong S7-S9 signal.

Update: Just checked a remote SDR in the Ukraine, and Undercover Radio is making the bounce, albeit weak but distinguishable - nice!

S9+20 here with music by Swell. and announcer saying 'Hello Europe' and looking for reports from europe.
