Hearing strange music
Edit-June 15, 2020: I listened to my recording twice and this broadcast reminds me of the Orbital Mind Control Satellite station! Rather than post the few details of what I could discern, I've included a link here to my recording, which is from 2322-2347 UTC. I made no effort to clean it up in Audacity, so here it is if you're out there listening Command Controller! Signal got better during the show. Hope to hear you again!  :)

 S6 amid much noise . Hard to id what is being said
 2327 sounded like Command controller ?

S3 to S5 here, fair copy on peaks with OM saying 'controller', and some beeps, etc... @ 2325
2326 - OM repeating 'incoming message', and then maybe 'status error' and 'reset mode', 'standby mode'
2329 - 'new incoming message from controller'
2334 - 'you are listening to radio station Command Controller'

Checking the SDR recording, sign on was 2312 UTC.

SINPO: 33333 in the Uniontown PA area

Seems to be some political clandestine type program. Seem to codes
for people. Could be associated with the C.H.A.Z. group in
the state of Washington. Strange broadcast.

2329 - long intro (or maybe it's the program) ... "status error," ... "reset" ... recalabration of frequency to 6955.555000 ... lots of 5's and 0's ... beginning download ... eventually "You are listening to Radio Station Command Controller," .. status error ... etc.  All with weird music under.

Reception: S7, SIO 333 into NE Ohio

Broadcast included:
2327 voice, "Error in system 95555   5555 Frequency 6.955555555....
2332 Chorus singing
2335 Female voice, flute playing in background
2338 "Frequency, frequency..." with chorus/orchestra background
2341 "singing "Hold On" (?)

Equipment Yaesu FT1000mp with long wire antenna
