Title: Radio Strange Outpost Seven 6925 AM 2328 UTC
Post by: ChrisSmolinski on April 13, 2012, 2338 UTC

I am pretty sure this is Radio Strange Output Seven, hard to tell with the purposely distorted audio at times.
"Message follows", an OM talking? and then "Message complete".

S7 or so signal.
