Info is sketchy:
1630-1730 m.w..s. 11990 unknown site - Radio Arraata Biyyoolessa Oromiyaa - Afar/Oromo - To: Ethiopia
Assumed station name - very rough copy - mentions of Nigeria so targeted area is presumed.

Hi,

It´s Radio Arraata Biyyoolessa Oromiyaa - Oromia National Media dirceted to Oromo Region/Ethiopia. Brokered by IRRS/NEXUS, so tx site should be in Eastern Europe (ROU / BUL).

Checked various remote receivers today and found them audible all over Europe as would be expected if tx site is Bulgaria. Heard as far east as Izhevsk, Russia. They were inbooming near the  target area as monitored via 9K2RA Kuwait Amateur Radio Society kiwi. Nothing more than visible carrier with wishful thinking level audio in North America. Much animated talk with occasional English  words "why"  and "self determination'. Signed off at 17:29
