Tough with Utility QRM and noise tonight, SINPO=21111.

210- OM talking. Sounds like a speech.
214- OM stopped talking, lost him or off.

244- Music.

0306 UTC Music way down in the mud.  Using pre-amp and noise reduction, can barely make out music.  Will listen for a while.  OK.  It's Joan Jett.  I love rock and roll.  S-3 to S-5 Near Detroit.
