Heard in the southwestern part of this small desert town. I noticed it at around 2230 UTC on my RSP2 and it still seems to be going on. Confirmed reports from other people. It's extremely distorted and plays contemporary Christian music.
No ID but I suspect that it is coming from a small church in this part of town.
