2203 UTC Bizarre! OM saying Charlie Sierra, another OM going Bam Bam Bam, then OM reading phonetics "rabbit, duck, turkey" etc. over the top is a double tone and ending at 2209 UTC with a ascending/descending tone
2212 UTC Back on again with a mechanical sound in the background
