Canada and west coast gets the best signal when conditions permit, especially in the morning at around 11 am to 2 pm.  I don’t think Minnesota gets signal, if it does than a very weak one.

I'm in Colorado so will be on the lookout. Which timezone is that "11 am to 2 pm" ?
