2255 Woman giving a talk / lecture about the evolution of the white lower class - white trsh / trailer trash, up to about 2331 when the xmtr. went out of wack and into tones.

Not sure if it was related, but a series of SSTV were sent starting 2347.  None decoded here.

S 3 - 5 here.  Signal quality improved a great deal after 2315.

The 6925 AM station became somewhat audible when the tones started.  Nothing from it until then.

Decoded a total of 7 images between 2346 and 2352. All 7 were of the Canadian flag with the last three having some writing over the flag.
