   1358-1401 fuzzy carrier UT still runs around 4700 (-0.5 to + 2kHz).
Mystery is now out of my QTH.

Not sure if it was the same broadcast session or if they took a break but I also heard them c0100UTC with a clear id and email address at 0102UTC. Very strong signal but some deep QSB fades
