Sounds like someone's relaying TCS on 6930.3 AM. Terrible copy here, but some of the music is the same as the Saturday night broadcast. Can't make much of anything else out.

I could hear it about S-2 to S-3 on a noisy band.

Must have been the Northern Relay Service; that's his usual frequency.

It's a pretty tough haul making it down here from his locale, this time of year...
