Title: really old Unid. Log w/sstv pic I copied on 12-21-11

Unid
12-21-11, 0052-0107*, 6.924.00U, sigs hr btwn S2-3, talk in foreign language, possibly mandarin or korean followed by instrumental mx, then sstv image in scottie dx mode of soldier holding shells in his arms. Pse ID and/or QSL.

Anyone have any thoughts on this one?  Seems like this day was something special in N.Korea, possibly new leader taking power or something?

Hi Scott,
This one was to the best of our knowledge an unid that was called the "Dear Leader" or "Great Leader" station by DXers. It was all about the change in leadership in the DPRK & included a few SSTV images of propaganda posters:
