SSTV sent right after the finish of Wolverine. I doubt it was him.

Came on after Wolverine left air, very weak, hear bits of music.

On right after Wolverine went off.  SSTV (man with arms crossed and thumbs up) 0147 Quick ID for Radio Free Oz, into music - initially poor but came up to blues, parody ad, "Don't know why," brief talk by op,' hard rock, talk about Radio Free Oz, FCC, etc., "Sounds of Silence" cover.

S4 with fades.

Appears to be Hugh Jackman, the actor who played Wolverine in the movies.

The SSTV was Wolverine.  The program afterwards was The FOX.
