1914 UTC, Dana Winter - Ne partez pas sans moi

1928 UTC Signal improved to SIO 454, pushing S9+15

1910 trace (audio? below noise level), 1913 fading up, some music, very hard to hear

I think this is Panda Radio -- IDs at around 1930 uTC
