Title: CW 5-figure groups (cut numbers?) 6824

Seem to be using too many different letters for "cut numbers" - mostly 5-figure alphabetic groups, with some actual numbers as well - not sure of the ENIGMA classification for this one.

On again with cut numbers at 0425z on 3 Oct - I'm tuned to 6824 kHz USB but actual zero beat freq is 6825 kHz. Solid S9 signal in central New York state.

On again tonight 4 Oct 2350z - so loud (central NY state) I wonder if I have Cuban neighbors!
