0248: ID'ed as WEAK Radio with Halloween theme.
0254: Suddenly off or lost signal.

Excellent signal with a few songs that ranged from punk to kinda underground horrorish. Clear WEAK Radio ID. Wonder if this is a new program or a replay of a show from about 10 years ago?
