Decent to good signal with slight fade at times - there was some interferance from a carrier or tone during begining of broadcast.

Heard this one in W. Europe when I get up. It was v.weak with some static crash, and I could not understand the "Eccentric" name, but the times for details are quite the same at 0648-0700.
