Likely Skippy Radio, a bit below the frequency at 6954.97 or 6954.98 USB, music. Not a great signal tonight, mutual QRM with Ball Smacker at 6960 AM.

Music's just barely above the noise here near Seattle as of 0114 UTC, where it's still daylight. Better signal than Ballsmacker on 6950, though.
