Excellent reception, this post more for the nature of the program more than anything else.  Sounds like broadcast of program from WOR AM 710 from about 50 years ago.

2310 OM telling story, giving WOR ID (NYC), complains about degradation of city. (Sounds like recording from late '60's/ early 70's)
2313 Miller High Life commercial
2318 OM continues with stories about NYC (I'm wondering if the OM is John Gambling)
2327 Talking at length about a fire in NYC which recently occurred (fire may have been in 1970)
2330 In fire story, OM talks about Shea Stadium and Mets, so broadcast must be 1964 or later
2338 Vitalis in a tube commercial, research shows fire in story happened in 1966
2339 '66 Rover 2000 P6 car commercial
2345 Amos and Andy Episode
