Title: VOA Deewa via Abu Dhabi 9840 AM 0058 UTC 21 Oct. 2020

Noticed a carrier just before 0100 UTC, and then heard Middle Eastern music fade up just before the hour, followed by time pips and news in presumed Pashto by male announcer. At 0105 UTC, ID by female that identifiably included "Voice of America," then into more talk by a male announcer. I checked my audio with reception on a Ukraine SDR to make sure this matched. Poor overall, but still audible as of 0117 UTC, even though this is aimed at Pakistan and west Asia.
