Radio Romania Int'l on 11850 (S2) and 13650 (S5) 2030-2100z with the East Coast USA English broadcast.  Should be the last day for the summer frequencies.

I'm surprised you could get them. It's been weeks since I've seen so much as a carrier in Colorado, and a guy I know in Montreal hasn't had any real copy of them either. It seemed that the seasonal changes had already nullified 22m at their TX location.

The W. Europe TX on 5945 & 7310 this last hour were definitely better.  We'll see what tomorrow brings!
