Listening on Chris Smolinski's KiwiSDR. Thanks Chris.
Not heard R. Azteca before. Hilarious!
Why are there no pirate time stations?

Signal weak but audible here in the eastern D.C. suburbs. Never heard Radio Azteca before - glad to have caught this vintage program! Heavy QRN conditions for me on 43 meters today. I am not hearing most stations reported on HFU.

1704 Game show-type music, mention of nocturnal emissions, Fast-talking OM comedian with a Southern accent, I can't understand him.
1707 Vienta del Arena, Gipsy Kings
1708 Dramatic reading from Radio Azteca's poet laureate
1710 Glenn Hauser-themed bit. Stations logged include WPIG and Radio Pornobamba.
1713 DXer pick-up lines
1714 A Sousa march, then Radio Azteca "America's Gross National Product" ID
1715 Reading of lines from student's history papers, such as: "One of Jacob's sons, Joseph, gave refuse to the Israelites in Egypt," "The Greeks invented three kinds of columns: Corinthian, Doric, and Ironic" and "Sir Francis Drake circumcised the world." (Richard Lederer's compilation.)
1719 WLIS promo of Radio Azteca
1722 Mention of Bill O. Rights and Radio Free Speech
1723 Looney Tunes theme, Radio Azteca "favorite radio station of mobile home owners" ID, then back to the Southern OM comedy bit. I still can't understand him.
1726 Montana, Gipsy Kings. Solicits reception reports to Belfast mail drop.

Thanks for the relay!
