I wanted to update this log, as I feel I've ID'ed who this broadcast was.  The old topic was here:

I'm pretty sure it was WPOD's broadcast I caught, though fairly weak.  I caught them strong this weekend, and I recognized the voice and the "From North America To The World" slogan was the same.  Still, a good show, even if it took me short of a year to ID. :)
